Speeding Notice:
The speed limit is 25 MPH on all streets in Rollingwood. Please take note and remind your household's drivers and visitors of this law! You can report any speeding or other safety concerns to the police (803-329-7200 or rhpd@cityofrockhill.com); plan to provide as much detail you can about the vehicle and the day, time and location.

MANAGEMENT of the ROLLINGWOOD HOA
Rollingwood HOA uses the PayHOA.com website to manage the HOA and track all matters related to the HOA and its homeowners (“members”). We ask that ALL homeowners register to use PayHOA.com as it is the best way to communicate with the HOA Board and the best way the Board can communicate with you. Homeowners can access the HOA By-Laws and Covenants (“HOA governing documents”) and the Architectural Review form using the Documents option in PayHOA.
The HOA also manages the annual HOA Assessment in PayHOA, sending the invoices by mail and email and enabling homeowners to pay the assessment directly to the HOA on the site or by mailing a check to a lockbox address.
